Alexandra Leigh LaForce born on 11 December 1988, is an American model, journalist and beauty pageant contestant. The reporter is now at Turner Sports and covers the NBA on TNT. She was the prior principal reporter for SEC college football games, as well as the courtside reporter for college basketball matches. The host of We Need to Talk on CBS Sports Network. LaForce worked as a sports reporter at WJW for a time in Cleveland, Ohio, an FOX affiliate. In recognition of her role as anchor on FOX 8's Friday Night Touchdown high-school football show, she won an Emmy award in 2011. She was Miss Teen USA in 2005. Also, she played basketball in college in the NCAA tournament at Ohio University. LaForce began her pageantry journey when she was awarded an award, the Miss Ohio Teen USA 2005 title, her first attempt at this title, in September 2004. LaForce took on the role of Ohio representation at Miss Teen USA's pageant in 2005 that was held at Baton Rouge, Louisiana on 8 August 2005. LaForce claimed her Miss Teen USA 2005 title following her participation in three contests including evening wear, swimsuit and the interview. Shelley Hennig of Louisiana succeeded LaForce. Her mother was the late Lesa LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. She was offered a contract modeling for Trump Modeling Management for a year. She was also given the scholarship to The School for Film and Television New York City. A show on NBC soap Passions requested her to make an appearance. LaForce toured the United States in order to increase awareness about drug and alcohol addiction, while continuing to earn her Ohio high school graduation.
